Director of Recruiting
Eric Minshall
Eric Minshall serves as the Director of Recruiting for Midwest Athlete Advisors, LLC. As a former college Recruiting Coordinator, Associate Head Coach, Pitching coach and Professional Baseball Coach, Eric brings a widely known and respected presence to the recruiting profession.
Eric has served as a professional pitching coach from 2019 to 2022 with the Pittsburgh Pirates, Southern Illinois Miners, and Florence Y'Alls.
He previously served as Associate Head Coach, Recruiting Coordinator, and Pitching Coach of Miami University Hamilton.
Eric is also the co-owner of the Ohio Baseball Science Academy. One of the country's largest baseball player development centers in the country. A highly specialized performance center that uses the latest technological advancements to help pitchers improve performance. Eric is well known for his cutting-edge use of technology, Rapsodo, data analytics, high-speed video, and expertise in arm care.

With his experience helping over 500 clients at OBSA and as the Director for Southern Ohio Elite, Eric has placed over 200 athletes into colleges and had over 20 players drafted or signed into Major League Baseball and Independent leagues.

Recruiting Coordinator
Charlie Miller
Charlie Miller brings over 20 years of coaching and playing experience to Midwest Athlete Advisors, LLC.

Charlie started his playing career at
Joliet Illinois Junior College and two years
at the (DABC) Collegiate summer league.
​
Charlie is known throughout the Midwest for his high-level travel ball teams - over 650 wins and 75 tourney championships. During his time building a championship organization and teams he has sent over 50 players to collegiate baseball players and 6 players to professional baseball.
​
Charlie also owns and operates multiple high-level training facilities in the greater Dayton and Tipp City areas of Ohio.
Charlie currently runs and owns the Next Level Ohio organization and Next Level Sports enterprises.

Recruiting Advisor
William MacLean
Will MacLean was born and raised in Mason, Ohio where he played high school baseball for Mason High School and was named captain his senior year. After his high school career, Will committed to the University of Cincinnati, where he spent his first college semester competing.
Will then transferred to Bowling Green State University, where he earned a starting role in his redshirt freshman season.

Will flourished in his final 2 years of collegiate baseball for BGSU where he took control of the closer role and led BGSU baseball in saves in 2021. Will graduated in the Spring of 2021 with a degree in Biochemistry and returned to Bowling Green to complete his Master of Business Administration degree.
Will is currently training to play professional baseball in the upcoming season while acting as a Development Coach at OBSA in West Chester, OH.
Will plans to use his personal recruiting experiences to help others navigate smoothly through their college recruiting journey.
